Because each candle and vessel is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and part of the unique character of our pieces. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to personal preference or natural handmade variations.

Returns & Exchanges
We only offer returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives broken or with an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Non-returnable items
– Used or burned candles
– Custom or made-to-order pieces
– Items with natural handmade variations
– Products returned without prior approval

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
